Overall I had an excellent stay here. Not much noise from outside and slept well. Only a five minute walk from the beach and shopping centre. Lovely, friendly staff who seemed interested in what you were doing which I think is excellent customer service and they remembered you and didn't just see you as another guest. Breakfast was nice but average, wide selection between cooked breakfast and cereal. Dated decor but very clean. Unfortunately I didn't drink at the bar so I cannot comment here but looked like a nice and we'll stocked bar area. Would stay here again :)
Just got back, from spending 9 days there, had a lovely room, n the breakfast everyday was amazing, all u can eat, the owners are very lovely and would recommend this hotel 100 percent, can't wait to go back 2019
Stayed here weekend just gone with my daughter for a dance competition. Owners were lovely and very accomodationg.went above and beyond to help us where needed which we was grateful for. Comfy beds. Room was clean. Breakfast was good too. Close to the beach etc. Lack of parking but owner was a huge help. Also gave me some great directions to follow the best route out of Blackpool. Would recommend and would stay again. Also loved the lift due to lots of heavy luggage.

Stayed here 19th/21st September 2025, absolutely %, rooms clean and fresh, the hosts Terry and Christine are absolutely fabulous can't express how lovely they are, the staff are also fabulous, very friendly and made to feel very welcome, so onto the breakfast OMG the best in Blackpool, tasty, hot and as much as you want with the buffet style, absolute quality, we will definitely stay again
Stayed here for a conference. 3 minutes walking distance, but that also puts you in the heart of a very clean town. This is what I, (a bit of a snob sometimes lol) would describe as a traditional family run, seaside resort hotel. With the added extras of a 5 star breakfast and 10 star hospitality! Terry and Chris go out of their way to make you feel at home. I'm back in Blackpool next April, and I will definitely be having a return visit to this lovely place. Also, the shower almost blew me away, hot, powerful and relaxing. Didn't expect that from a small family run place, but visit for the breakfast and shower if nothing else! Oh, and the hospitality, literally opening the bar whenever we asked even though it was low/mid season.
Staff are so helpful. Breakfast veggie breakfast is so good highly recommend using the hotel. Highly recommend staying there
